I don't know any instructors...but I just wanted to pass the info that you don't want a pool that is too warm, due to germs that can thrive in warm water. Your better bet is to start lessons when it gets warmer.
Not emler. I know alot of people swear by it, but with twins, I can't afford it! I wish I could!
We took lessons last year, but my girls got "freaked out" by the instructor pushing them underwater (they were 2 years old), so they're going to be afraid to go this year. So I think private lessons will be our best bet. And we definitely need a heated pool as well, as we've had a terrible experience with "cold pools".
Help?
I've spoken with Gayle, and will give her a try this year. She seemed great on the phone!

Check with the Trinity Highschool and with the HEB hospital. I have seen a few ads come home with the kiddos.
try swim with syb they are excellent they do lessons all over the metroplex in peoples backyard pools there are usually 3 instructors the parents are not allowed in the swimming area until the last lesson where the kids show off. sorry it has been a long time since i have done this but she should be listed in the phone book

My name is G. Veitenheimer(G.'s Swim School) and I teach swimming lessons in the Keller, N. Ft. Worth - Watauga area. I teach private and semi-private from my own pool. I usually get started around May, so the pool can heat up. I would be happy to send you some information. With students as young as your twins, my first goal is to teach them to roll over and float on their back, so they can survive a fall into the water if no adults are present. We then progress to swim - float - swim and then to strokes(front crawl, etc...). Let me know if I can be of service to you. Thanks.
