Hello.... there is a Unitarian Church in Pottstown. I haven't been to it, but I've been to others and anyone can attend. Pottstown shouldn't be too far from you. Here's their website

I see that Emily has already mentioned the Thomas Paine Fellowship in Collegeville. There's also the UU Fellowship of Pottstown. Mapquest says its 11 miles and 17 minutes from Gilbertsville. Contact info:

Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Pottstown

1565 South Keim Street
Pottstown, PA 19465

The new Wellsprings congregation meets at the Montgomery School in Chester Springs (Rte 113). Mapquest says that's 22 miles and 32 minutes from Gilbertsville.

I attend the Unitarian Fellowship of West Chester, but that's closer to an hour from you.

As I'm sure you know, UU congregations tend to have very distinct personalities, and sometimes distance isn't the deciding factor.

You can find information on all the area congregations at the District website: www.jpduua.org.

Happy hunting!

I know that there is a church on Ridege Pike in Collegeville, probably closest to you - Thomas Paine UU. There is also one in Warrington - Buxmont UU, where i've been going the last year intermittently. Can't speak about the Collegeville one since I have never gone but the Buxmont one is really great. Hope neither are too far for you - it's not as popular a denomination in these parts.
