You need to find your local MOMS Club. They were my savior. We've made lots of friends, both me & my kids. It depends where you live. Look online at MOMS Club International. We are doing an open house at gymboree on Sept. 11th.

I've lived here for 6years in the cape for 3years, I have a 3year old and one due any day now, yesterday was actually my due date. And my daughter and I are always taking trips to the park to ride her bike or trips to the library for story time, the imaginarium, we try not to spend too much money but we got to the movies and lunch and have picnics. We just started doing these things a month and a half ago, because I just took her out of school to be a mommy full time. We just put a pool in our yard and we would love to share it on playdates.

I am a member of the local MOMS group for this area. We do have a younger playgroup that meets on Monday at the Gateway Trinity Church for some playtime and talk time for moms...
We also do monthly fiedl trips to area locations, and a Moms night out once a month to try to get you out for a little adult talk.
WE do a monthly newsletter to let you know what is going on with the calendar and contacts. The MOMS is a non-profit org. for stay at home moms, so our membership fees are only $20 for the entire year... and we also do holiday parties.
