A.,

I am not sure what you are using your freeze packs for? But I found as an inexpensive freeze pack that was shapeable was the small packages of frozen peas. I marked them as so not to use them for a meal. They are light weight, easy to form around anything & inexpensive. Hope this helps!

How many do you need? I make them, but have to charge small fee. I have relatives in Atlanta area.

Why not use those frozen popscicles? They come in bulk, inexpensive, and fit the purpose just fine.

Hi A.,

I don't know if this will help, but I have a website about baby safety. And on my head injuries page, I show how to make your own ice packs. The link is: http://www.little-safe-one.com/head-injuries.html and if you scroll towards the bottom of the page, you will see a few options.

If you look in the first aid section at your local store. Walmart ect. you will find reusable Hot/cold packs. They stay cold but do not get hard. You can conform them to the shape you need. This is what I used for my son's bottles and sippy cups.
