Seeking Rent Home in Addison/west Plano/east Lewisville/Frisco or McKinney Areas

We are getting ready to place our house on the market this week, we are moving into our new home tomorrow (July 3rd). We live in McKinney and the house that we are moving out of is in the Eldorado Heights neighborhood. If your parents are interested in looking at our house, I would be glad to show it them. They could rent if from us until their house is ready. I know McKinney is farther away for them, but it's a great place live. You can email me if you would like more information, ____@____.com. I may not be able to check email until Tuesday, we are having comcast out to our new house tomorrow, but I'm sure it will be complete chaos.

There is a home for rent in our neighborhood. Don't know the owners personally. I just see the sign every day when i drive by it. We live near Park/Coit in Plano. The house is on Daybreak Trail in zip code 75093. If you're interested, I can write down the phone number next time I drive by so you can call.
I'm guessing, since most the homes in our neighborhood are similiar, it probably has about 1700-2000 sq ft, a backyard and garage (located in the back alley area).

My husband works near the tollway and spring valley and his commute is only about 30 min during rush hour. it's not bad.

We just moved here in March and rented out a property that our real estate agent owns in Carrolton. My husband also works near Beltline and the Tollway and he was able to cruise down Arapaho in the mornings- super quick and easy. I'm not sure what they are looking for. His place was pretty much fully furnished- not lavish, but had all the basics. It is a one level attached home in a decent neighborhood with a good size yard. We had our dog there too. I'll inquire if the place is empty at the moment and let you know. He sort of did us a favor, so there was still some work to do when we moved in- he was planning to finish up and get all his personal stuff out after we left.
