Seeking Reccomendation for OB GYN in Redondo Beach

I was in the same boat a couple years ago. Lily Lee ###-###-#### is my OB. She delivers at Cedars only. The drive is not that bad, so don't let that scare you. We made it just fine. You drive up La Cienega. She has two offices, one in RB in the Manhattan Village shopping center next to the movie theatre and the other is in Beverly Hills.

Her sister, Betty Lee is in the same office, but usually NEVER has any openings. I know that Lily is very busy as well. But I really do like her and for me that's huge. I had the same OB in sacramento for 10 years and even went up there for my prenatal appts until I realized that was getting rediculous.

There is several Drs. in this group. My fav. was Dr. Bujor, she is great and very easy to talk to not matter what you ask!

They are right by beach cities at beryl and prospect!

I really like Barbara Schultz in Redondo Beach. She is on Prospect Ave. I like her alot.

I go to Dr. Barbara Schulz, I think she is a wonderful Dr.,
just be careful don't go to Dr. Salam or Salem (I am not sure about spelling) she is a terrible Dr. and unfortunately she is in Dr. Schulz team, just be careful they don't send you to her, the other Doctors are great ( Dr. Sandres and Dr. Bujor) but not Salem (she is terrible and she don't care about her patient at all)!!

I also have heard that Dr. Crystal Lynch is one of the best in this area.

Dr. Wasserwald and Dr. Naghi share a practice in Torrance and also have a Manhattan Beach office. I love the Manhattan Beach office!

There is a great team of women OBGYN's in Redondo Beach , I think it's called the Medical Group Of Women. It's at the corner of Prospect. Just look up Dr. Cheryl Sanders , They are all great there.

I have to agree on Dr. Wasserwald in Torrance. Although I recently had to switch to Kaiser to deliver my 14 month old, I was with Dr. Wasserwald for 15 years. He has been a wonderful and caring doctor. He delivered my first son 14 years ago at Torrance Memorial, and has been an excellent doctor through some rough times for me.

Dr. Cristal Lynch in Torrance is awesome. She is at a busy office, but it's well run and if you need to get in quickly and can't see her, the NP, Rosemary is great. There are also two other docs there.
She is my 3rd OB/GYN I have had in adulthood, and she is definitely the best one so far. She is my OB right now for my 3rd pregnancy, and I'm very happy with her, she has great bedside manner, and is extremely knowledgable.

When my last OB retired, this is the doctor she recommended (she did not recommend the doctor who bought her practice). I have heard that Scharffenberger is the best in the South Bay, and he is SO nice. I didn't want a man OB, but I'm glad I have him because he is really wonderful. I believe he's taking new patients too.

I see Dr. Latrice Allen. I have been going to her since she was in Redondo, and now she has her own prictice in Torrance. She is great and has delivered my 5 year old daughter (natural) and 2 year old twins (c-section)!! She's very friendly and always makes you feel at ease! She delivers at Torrance Memorial.

Sorry I can’t be of help re: who to use, but I can give a warning – don’t get in to Barbara Shultz (may be wrong spelling, but close in sound) “group of women physicians”. Very crunchy bunch.
