Seeking Preschool Recommendations West Columbia Area

My best friend and I are starting an afternoon tutoring program for 3K-1st graders. We will be following the district's curriculum and using many educational materials. Our own children have speech delays, so we have strengths in these areas, and will also be incorporating art and life skills into the program. My 3 year old daughter attends Covenant Christain Adacadmy DayCare on Silstar Ave. right off of Wattling Road/Platt Springs Rd. in West Columbia. We really enjoy this daycare and I highly recommend them. Call them at ###-###-#### ask for Eveline Chavis (she is the director there) tell her T. C. (Bells'a mom) recommend them to you. Good Luck.

Our church has a wonderful prechool. Oakood Baptist Church offers preschool. THe days are Tues, Wed, and Thurs 900am-1200pm. It has been wonderful for my child with social skills. The classes are also small enough they are not overwhelmed. The cost is $85.00 a month. This is the cheapest I have found anywhere. THe teachers are wonderful also. The director is Kelly Wyatt, the 3 year preschool teacher is Ms Dawn and the 4yr preschool teacher is MS Lisa. The number you can cll is ###-###-####. I would like to recommend Holland Avenue Baptist Church. They are located on 12th Street in the Cayce/West Columbia area. I was the church secreatary there when they first started the pre-school and he has really grown. The ladies there are awesome with the children. Their number is ###-###-####.
