Seeking Playgroups in North Dallas Area

Hi I saw you request and I am in the same position, I just moved to north dallas actually I beleive the same area. I have two little girls who are almost two and three. I know absulutely knowone if you find a good playgroup please let me know. I am at home with them all the time and it's hard getting to know anyone, they play with eachother but I think it would be good for them to interact with other children their age. My name is A..

If you're in Lake Highlands, you might want to join the LHAECPTA (www.lhaecpta.org). They have playgroups for different ages as well as a variety of social events for parents and kids. If you're not in LH, you might check for a Early Childhood PTA group in your neighborhood.

My name is S. & I moved the Dallas area about a year and half ago. I've had a hard time meeting folks too so I know how that feels.

Anyways, I just joined this meet-up group and the moms are wonderful! They organize a lot of different activities for moms & kids. Even if you don't participate in the mom's activity (like knitting) but you want to come out of the house & let your kiddo play, they still make you feel right at home. I guess you can tell I'm excited to meet this group. They realy are cool. Hope it helps.

Our early childhood PTA has tons of great playgroups to join. It's a great way for your son to meet other 3 year olds. It's also a great way for you to meet an entire network of wonderful moms! It is the North Dallas Early Childhood PTA. (NDECPTA). Check out the Web site.
