I'm a mom of a very active 2 year old just home from Vietnam. I would LOVE to find her a playgroup with other adoptive kids, or even just other Asian kids (non-adopted.) I know some cities have a group called MAK (Mom's of Asian Kids) but I haven't been able to locate one in the Portland area. Any established groups like this, or anyone interested in starting one with me?? Anywhere in Portland would be do'able.

I don't know of any particular playgroups, but you can check meetup.com and hopefully you will be able to fint something there

I have a son who is not Asian but adopted do you know of any adoptions playgroups or could we join yours? He is 16 mo...I adopted him domestically from birth and would love to be around other adoptive mothers.
