Look into Las Madres Neighborhood Playgroups (www.lasmadres.com) which forms groups by birth year and region throughout Santa Clara County. I'm a member of the Cupertino 2004 & 2006 groups and we have some crossover membership by MaMas living from neighboring cities so the map boundaries aren't steadfast.
