I just had my first baby in April and I am looking for playmates for her. I know she's not quite old enough to play yet. I've found playgroups nearby, but the times never seem to work out. My daughter sleeps and eats most of the morning, so I'm looking for early afternoon things, maybe around 1/2PM. She's not in love with her carseat, so I don't want to have to take her too far.

Check with the Wauconda Park District. I think I remember seeing something in thier fall guide for moms and babys. I don't see it in Island Lakes guide but I remember seeing it recently.
