My son is 4 years old and has had Dr Fleiss as his Dr since he was born.We love his pro choice on vacinations,his disagreement with circumcission,and his simple natural ways to heal child illnesses but he no longer excepts insurance.I am looking for a Dr with similar beliefs in the Los Angeles area,preferably near the Grove,Farmer's Market area.Please help!
I LOVE Dr Diamonds office. We use Dr Diamond and she is super chill about everything and is so humble that when she doesn't know something (ie my child's super rare heart condition at birth, homeopathics that I bring up) she researches them! 31.###-###-####
I don't who has time but the best part is that even if she doesn't, you may "sign up" with another (who is totally capable) but can see any of them.

We love Dr. Fleiss and his staff for the same reasons you do! It was our amazing midwife who recommended him to us. And, we love that he supports our decision to not vaccinate or circumcise our dazzling son, Dylan Orion. And, best of all, he passionately advocates breastfeeding!
Just to let you know...we are cash patients....we do not have insurance. But, last time we were in Dr. Fleiss' office I met a couple of parents discussing the fact that he no longer accepts insurance. Then, one of the MAMAS said she is planning to get reimbursed for each visit via her insurance company. I'd definitely check this out, J., before starting with a new pediatrician.
You have to admit Dr. Fleiss is truly the best of the best when it comes to pediatricians! : ))) And, wouldn't it be awesome if you and your family stayed with him!

We go to Dr Guy Efron. He's in 150 South Robertson on the 3rd floor. He's always on time, pick up when I call for advice, etc... He's young and has a little one himself, so he's going through what you're going through.

Are you absolutely positive about Dr. Fleiss? We go to him too. I saw that he's no longer part of one of the networks but I don't think he completely stopped handling insurance. If you haven't double checked completely I would. I think at worst you can pay him first and get reimbursed by your insurance. I like all of those things about him too!!!

For some reason I am totally spacing on the female doctor's name in BH.She is a naturopath. You might call Golden Bridge Yoga in Hollywood as they are like minded. We love our pediatrician Rachel Kramer ###-###-####. I do believe they are pro vaccination. We did/do vaccinate. I breastfed for 4 years and she was super supportive, In fact, she is nursing a 2 year old mow. I'm sure Golden Bridge could steer you in the right direction. Best, H.
We also use Guy Efron. Our baby was born 3 weeks ago and has been in the NICU ever since. He visits our son every day and calls us right after. Even on weekends! We love him.
