Hello - can you please tell me of any pediatricians and pediatric ENTs that you are very, very found of in the Allen or McKinney area. Things that are important to us include the availability of the doctors (for appointments and phone calls), a children friendly waiting room and patient rooms, and a very warm and friendly staff.
Thank you,
K.

I don't know about kid-friendly waiting rooms and patient rooms bc he does surgeries on adults as well but Dr. Ragsdale has performed 6 surgeris total on my family (yes I paid for his little helicopter he flies to work everyday) and I think he is a great doctor. Which in the end is really all that counts in my book, after all whose going to remember a waiting room when your babies got numerous ear infections after undergoing a surgery that should have prevented that. Of course if you could find both that would be idea. His staff is excellet as well. All the girls at the front dest put my daughter as their screensaver on their pc, they are very sweet!
I don't know a lot about Pediatrics in McKinney, but I do have a lot of experience with Pediatric ENT's in the Dallas area. I am a teacher for the Deaf and I teach families with babies (birth - 3) with hearing losses. I am not sure about pediatric ENTs in McKinney... most of them stay around major hospitals. I will say that I have had a lot of families use Dr. Peters at Medical City in Dallas and then Dr. McClay at Presby Plano. Everyone who uses Dr. Peters LOVES him... and these are families who have to go regularly! If my child needed ENT services I would make the drive to him! If you have any further questions, or want me to get their numbers for you please let me know!

Dr. Kit Newton of Centennial Pediatrics on Coit & 121- Cenennital Med. Center.
I absolutely ADORE dr. Evan Bates, ENT at Plano Presby. Waiting room has lots of toys and a huge fish tank. The nursing staff is sweet as can be and Dr. Bates is VERY knowledgable and personable. He recently did adnoid and tonisilectomy on my son (and has been his ENT for 4 years) and I trust him whole heartedly. I have another ENT that I like alot too in Richardson named Dr. Morris Gottlieb. They are both amazing but Dr. Bates is my favorite and absolute cream of the crop.
good luck in your search!
