Thanks to everyone who has responded. After looking into who our insurance would cover we decided to go with Dr Pitman of Falls Dental. We had an appointment last Friday and it went great. They were really good with my 3 year old and I would definitely recommend him.
I use Forward Dental out of New Berlin - past Brookfield square and have been very happy with them.
We have a daughter with special needs, so we needed a very caring, patient understanding dentist. We were referred to Dr. Chad Zambon. EXCELLENT!!!! His Assistant was awesome as well!

I take my boys to Dr Fotsch. He is at Ridgeview Dental Group in Menomonee Falls. He is awesome my 7 year old has a hard time with the dentist but not with him. And my 3 year old has Down Syndrome and he does a great job with him.
We really like Dr. Pittman (he does all ages- kids and adults) at Falls Dental Group on Main St in Menomonee Falls.
