Hi Everyone...I have been suffering with low back pain for 11 years now. I've done all that I know to do and I'm currently seeing a pain management doctor in Richardson. He is a nice doctor, but seems to limit my pain meds. So that means I'm still in pain all the time. I basically just manage to keep it just under the point of crying all the time. I feel it is time to check out other options. I have had surgery and the orthopedic doctors now think it is nerve damage. I have tried acupuncture, chiropractors, biofeedback, injections, physical therapy and so no. So my question is...does anyone know of a great pain management doctor that does not think you will become an addict and give you what you need to feel better???? Please help!!

What can I do next?

Try The Texas Back Institute. They have a variety of doctors and treatment options. They have several offices around the metroplex, but their main office is in Plano, at Parker and the Tollway, next to Presby Plano. number is ###-###-####. I have been a patient there for about 7 years.

Dr. Matt Sloan. My husband used him for years, but had to go back to VA Pain Management doctors.

Hi J.,

I had suffered with lower back pain for 6 years after child birth, my Docotor did not know the cause and I lived in pain 24/7. I did not want to live on pain killers, so, I searched for natural alternative and found a great nutritional supplement that helped me with back paind and 20 years of migraine headache. I am sure it will help you as well and you can avoid the side effects of meds.

Let me know if you are interested.

Best Wishes,

A.

I have not read the other responses, but Chiropractic care should work, I saw Dr. Perish in Mesquite. Maybe massage therapy also could relieve some pain, I used Crossing Tuscany spa in Mesquite for that also. Hopefully that helps.

The best advise I can give you is to go and see a chiropractor. I am a firm beliver in these methods. Dr Russell and everyone at Russell Chiropractic are amazing. I had a very difficult pregnacy and he helped me stay pain free. I was still throwing up but I did not have the pain everyone talks about during pregnacy. Give them a call you will be so glad you do. They also do massage therapy.
