I'm looking for an OB GYN preferably in NE Ft. Worth or the mid-cities area. We're located 10 minutes from DFW airport and 5 minutes from Euless (off the 360). I need someone with a great bedside manner and someone who REALLY listens to the patient's needs.

What can I do next?

I love Dr. Patrick Allen. He listens to your concerns and makes you feel really comfortable. We even joked back and forth while he delivered my son! His staff is great too, he even works with a midwife. Hope this helps!

I used to go to Dr. Beverly Wood when she was in Grapevine. She's in Euless now (it's either Euless or Bedford). She was actually my OB for my first child. She was wonderful and her nursing/medical staff was wonderful. I had a "run-in" with her office manager, however, and don't actually see Dr. Wood anymore as a result, but that was years ago so I wouldn't be surprised if that office manager isn't long gone. I needed an OB/GYN in the Grapevine area anyway so it worked out. If I needed someone in the mid-cities area, and the office manager weren't an issue, I would definitely want to see Dr. Wood again. Good luck in your search!

Hi R., I LOVE my doc, Martin Read. NRH office ####-###-#### but he has 2 other offices, downtown FTW and Keller is the newest. He's fabulous!!! I've been seeing him for over 10yrs and he delivered my 2yr old. His nurses are the best and no turnover - they stay with him!

good luck!

I've been very happy with Robert Wai at Baylor Grapevine. He's very calming, very reassuring, very smart and very thorough. My husband was comfortable with him, too, when he attended my prenatal appointments.

Dr. Michael White is wonderful. He has been my doctor for 12+ years. His nursing staff is the same he has had for 10+ years. That says a lot. He has an office at Baylor Grapevine and one in Keller. He and 2 other doctors started North Texas Womens Center. He remembers everhthing. We waited 5 years to have another child and he remembered everything about my husband and even commented on his different hair style. Dr. Vaughan, and Dr. Gagnon and another one are part of his practice. I have heard wonderful things about all of them.

Dr. Julia Flowers at Baylor Grapevine is AWESOME! She is in the same office as Dr. Wai. I agree that Dr. Wai is very calming, though I have never seen him...just talked as I was in the office. Dr. Flowers is great!!
