How about something at Elmwood Park Zoo? My daughter's first birthday is next month and we live in a condo without a lot of room either.
My middle son, who will be 3 in September always has a park party @ Manderack, in Limerick. However, it is only "weather permitting" & last year we had a big problem with bees. This year I'm looking to do something a lil' different with him. We live in a small apt bldg. w/ no yard, so a party at home won't do. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas for me? I'd like it to be educational & fun but he is only 3...so a bowling or mini-golf party just doesn't seem like it will keep up w/ his attention span. Any ideas would be great! - Thanks

Check out doing a birthday party at a My Gym or Little Gym or some kind of gymnatic place or gym. We have done that and it is great. The kids are all hyped up that they can run and climb and jump and the parents are all a little more relaxed since it is in a safe environment. It is also nice because they set up and clean up. Or if you rent a rec room some where you can have a musician come and the kids will be be able to be up and dancing.
Hi K.. How about a build a bear party? I have never had one but have a friend who did, the kids had a great time and were kept interested. Goodl luck.
I agree build a bear. I work for a company that sells kits http://www.stuffafriend.biz/members/kbearwith2cubs You can do it in the convience of your own home without the drive to the mall :)
