I am a working Mom and am interested in going to Mommy and Baby Yoga Classes...However, all of the classes I have found are during the week during the day when I work. I contacted a specific Yoga center, and they noted they are always willing to add a class if there are at least 5 people interested. So, I am trying to find another 4 working mothers who would be interested in doing this during the week in the evenings AND/OR on the weekend! It is an amazing time to bond with your lil one!!! OH, I forgot to mention...the Yoga place is in the downtown area more near the business district so away from the crowds. Plus, if we request they do it on Sundays...then there is free parking with the parking meters!!

That sounds awesome. I have always done Yoga myself and am interested in taking a class where I can include my little boy. I am also a working mother and have had similar problems finding excersize oppotunities after work and on the weekend that include the little ones. My son is 13 months old, and we just moved to SD 6 months ago. Please keep me posted, as to where and when...

I have a 4 month old, and a 28 month old. I would only bring ONE, but I wonder which one it should be... (I could alternate weekends?)

What part of San Diego are you in? I would be interested in a class on Sundays if the class would be close enough to me to make sence (we live in La Jolla). I have a 5 month old and a 2 year old. I think that i would end up bringing the 5 month old.
