i have been looking for play groups. i am a stay at home mom with a 2 year old and also newer to the area and dont know anyone in the area with children. anyone intrested in getting together more during the day please let me know. thanks

I just started a new moms group last week at Green Bay Community Church. It's called MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) and it is for moms that have a child/children anywhere from birth-age 5 or 6 (preschool age). There is a meeting for people that don't work I think it is on Thursday mornings and then one for working moms on Wednesday nights. It is really great.. it is from 6:30-8 and there is child care provided and also they serve dinner each time. You can come early too and feed your kids if you want. I just had to pay a membership fee of $25, so that is not bad at all. They said that anyone can still come at anytime, so if you are interested, feel free! They have different topics every week.
