Hi...You can play Bocci Ball...it is sorta like bowling...I'm not sure where you can buy a Bocci Ball set...look online for that info.
We are having our annual family reunion in July. We are looking for ITALIAN Games to play. I did not find much online. Lots of card games, and lots of games to play to learn Italian, but no games. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Bocci ball.
Have fun!
botchi (sp?) ball!!!
Have you tried Tumbula? It is Italian game similar to bingo. WE used to play at every family gathering. To make it fun, we had to "buy" our cards for 25cents, and then you would win the pot.
I know they make new versions b/c we have them, but I am not sure where you can buy them!! Good luck
How about dancing the Tarantella. That's always a good laugh and lots of fun for a group.
and yes, definetely Bocce. every good Italian owns a set. haha
Have fun!

What type of family reunion will it be? If outdoors, definitely bocce, if you can have tables set up, also get italian playing cards for briscola, scopa, etc. Were you also looking for italian children's games? I was born and raised here in NY, but went to italy almost every summer as until I was in my twenties, then started a family. I just went this past summer for 6 weeks and my kids learned a good handful of the italian games they play outdoors there- "Guardie e Ladri" (cops and robbers), hide and seek, etc.
Keep me posted if you need any more ideas. :)
