Seeking Info on Pediatric Neurologist

Absolutely! Roy Elterman would be my first pick. He will not only consider your child first, but he will consider you (as a parent) to have a brain and give you options. He is up on the latest stuff too. I took my oldest son to him 17 years ago. He broke from medical tradition and kept us off meds as long as possible because he was up on the latest. I trusted him with my baby for over 15 years......when lucky for us, we didn't need him anymore. Besides being an excellent doctor he was calming and kind.

When I was in high school, Dr. Sperry was my pedi neurologist. I had suffered from migraines since I was in 2nd grade. We saw several drs., but he was the one we really liked. After my first visit with him, he scheduled an MRI and an EEG just to rule out anything more serious. He found a treatment plan that helped. It was 10-11 years ago that I first saw him, but from what I remember, we really liked him.

Any doctor with Texas Child Neurology is excellent. Dr.
So is one of them. My son has seen Dr. Reila for migraines for 10 years and he is terrific.
