I hate to tell you this but time is the only thing that will change this problem. My daughter had her times all messed up but finally sleeps in long stretches at night. Good luck to you and just know that it will get better!

I'd highly, highly suggest the book "Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child" by Marc Weissbluth. It's been my Sleep Bible and I love it! Don't try to read it cover-to-cover though; there's no need. Just read up on the age-range that your child is in at that time.

My son had his nights and days confused when he was a newborn too, and I know it stinks!!!

Try to keep her as stimulated as possible (without overstimulating) during the daytime. Keep all lights on, radio on, excess noise going etc during the day. Make sure everything's quiet, calm and dark once evening hits. And don't change her diaper overnight unless she's poopy. Even then, keep it as dark as possible and don't stimulate her in any way. That really, really made the difference for my son.

If you have any other questions, feel free to let me know!

Good luck!!

2 week old?! no tip, sorry. if you can keep her interested in something, but at two weeks...they do what they want.
put her in your bed, feed and cuddle with her until she falls asleep and don't do this during the day.

not sure what to say to this, just that she will adjust in time, my son did he starting sleeping thru the night at 2months old, but before that he slept day or night.

Not much help but hang in there she will start sleeping at night and the first time she sleeps thru the night, you will freak out, I know I did, I woke and looked at the clock and it was morning and I wasnt woken thru the night, I jumped on ran in his room and literally put my hand on him to see if he was still breathing. He gave me quite the scare, but realized after cool he slept thru the night for the first time and it continued after he still sleeps thru the night, well he has his moments. but for the most part he sleeps good at night.
