I've heard from some friends that the downtown Y has child development center which is really good. My Job has a daycare for employees, so that is not much help. Sorry and good luck
I have a 6 month old daughter. I have been home with her since April, but will be returning to work in January. I have just started researching child care options, and have been a little frustrated. I live on the southeast side.. Does anyone have any reccommendations??

I am just starting an in-home daycare at my house. I am still looking for a couple more children if you are interested in interviewing me. I live in Caledonia around 68th and Kalamazoo. Hope to hear from you.
Good luck in your search,
J.
I don't have a personal suggestion, I've been a SAHM, but, here is a link where you can get a list of licensed daycare options from. http://www.4cchildcare.org I hope this helps. I'd just start interviewing and asking for referrals.
My son is 3 months old and it was so hard to leave him at daycare but it gets much easier. He is at Rainbow Child Dev. Center on East Paris and Burton and they are wonderful. We both love it there. It is $208.00 a week though, but all good daycare centers are around the same price.
