Sounds more like a stress related missed period to me. Worry or anxiety can make that happen.
I never miss my period. I have always been able to track exactly when its coming even while I was on birth control as well as when i stopped. this month my period was supposed to come on the 23rd and there was nothing. on the 24th there was very light pink spotting for about 2 hours and then there was nothing. on the 25th the was no flow only visible when i wiped. on the 26th the was very light spotting for a cuple of hours that night and then on the 27th there was nothing. On the 28th I took a pregancy test in the middle of the afternoon and it said negative. I waited til the morning of the 30th to take a 2nd test and that one said negative also. i feel very sick and nauseated most mornings for the past 2 weeks and some change and i have also been having some pain in my stomach at night time. i feel very tired often and very cranky. by the way i have been craving different foods as well. can anyone help?

Not sure if you have had kids before or not...but the sick feeling doesn't usually kick in just yet-at least it didn't for me. Cravings didn't either. The most classic early early signs are heavy fatigue and extremely tender breasts. Maybe wait until this weekend and try another test.
mmmm sounds that you are pregnant girl.....wait a few weeks and try again with testing or go to your clinc for a blood test..
when the egg is implanting on your uterus it can cause some spotting ..but not so sure about the pain in the stomach......
my best advice is to wait 1 or 2 weeks to test again..
Its so hard to say :(. I've had so many periods like that where it was just late, or a cyst, or anything buy pregnancy. I've one period that was 2wks late and pregnancy tests came up negative, only to find out I was pregnant and just ovulated much later, so I needed to wait an extra week before testing. My periods used to be exactly 26 days until after my son, now they're all over the place.
Good luck!
If you're concerned, make an appointment with your gynecologist. It may be pregnancy or something else or nothing at all. But talking with your gyn and getting checked out is better than worrying and having no answers.
Typically sickness and nausea due to pregnancy do not begin this early in a pregnancy. You could be pregnant if you had unprotected sex near the time of ovulation but I would say your period is just not on schedule this month. If you have concerns you need to contact your family doctor or OB/GYN.
