Recently moved to area from out of state and slowly finding my way around. I'm feeling extremely stressed, slightly depressed and thought if I begin to work out it may help. I'm not currently working so have plenty of time on my hands. I have a three year old daughter at home, and what ever facility I find has to have a good childcare option for the time I'm working out. Greenwich fitness edge (right over the stamford border) has great child care. $5 a visit.

I am a certified personal trainer and wish I could be of help to you however, our locations are to far apart. I am currently going through the interview process at Eqiunox here in Norwalk, CT. It looks as thought the closet facility to you is in Glennvale, NY. Equinox clubs are the cerme de la creme of fitness clubs. They offer a variety of classes, which are included in member fees, as well as an incredibly comprehensive and individualized personal training department and a full service spa...both at additional cost of course, but the best part for you is that they offer an excellent kids Club where your children will be happy and safe while to you work out!
