Hello!

Another great site to check is www.meetup.com. They have all kinds of different groups and they are everywhere. If you dont see the specific group you are looking for you can start one.

Check it out I know youll enjoy it.

Take care and God bless!

There are certainly lots of grandmothers on this link. We ought to see how many of us are grandmothers.

Don't know of a group at this time, but my daughter is expecting my first grandchild-a boy-at the end of the month and I will be his caretaker as soon as she is goes back to work-would love to be in touch when you find something-I am in Keller but would be willing to make the drive.

J., I'm a mom of two but I also work for the City of Denton, so I had to respond. I checked into the things we offer and came up empty-handed for grandmother-based groups but I think it's a great idea. Meetup.com is a great tool I use it as well.

The City does offer various free programs through the Libraries and Parks & Rec, as well as low-cost classes that might be beneficial, too. Check out www.dentonlibrary.com for more information. The new PLAY guide is also available, which includes class information at www.dentonparks.com.
Good luck!
