So What Happened?

We found kinder prep academy on Rainbow and Ann. When we went to check it out my son made friends as soon as we got there. He even got in line with them behind the teacher and everything. He was even talking to the teacher. And he is usually very shy around new people. He did not want to leave. He starts Aug. 20 and goes 3 days, they also have a 2 day class, a week for a full day and they have an awsome curriculum and start pree school at age 2 1/2 as long as the child is potty trained.

I have three boys ages 3, 6, 9. I take them to Candil Hall on Ann and Rainbow. It is family owned and I have known this family for most of my life. It is a great place for the kids to learn. Their phone number is ###-###-####. Hope this is helpful.

It might be a little out of your way but Kids campus at MLK and Alexander has a learning program that is surpassed by no other. Each age group has a learning curiculum and for every grade under Kindergarten you actually get dailey progress reports(more on what they ate, if they took a nap, how they did at circle time). There might be a waiting list. Yes you can take him part time too. When you walk in you dont feel like its a daycare. It looks like a school. However if you get him in you get priority for the private kindergarten they offer which is awesome. My daughter went there when she was 4 and then went to Kindergarten. The learning foundation she received was incredible. She is now in public school, 1st grade and getting ready to go into 2nd grade and is a straight A student.
Hope this helps!

If you find sometimg let me know. Most places that aren't 'daycare' don't take part timers as they have a structured program. At least that's what I found when I was looking at one point. Good luck in your quest..
