Seeking GOOD Ear/nose/throat Specialist in Cypress Area (Child)

I second the recommendation for Dr. James Toung @ Texas ENT. My 4yo just had his tonsils & adnoids removed too, and he was fantastic!

He tended to anticipate my questions and answer most of them before I even had to ask, and he was very patient with those I did ask. He took his time with us and even spoke to my son about what was going on & what we needed to do. My hubby is about to go see him now for his snoring. =o) I highly recommend him!

I know this is an old question, but I had to respond when I saw Dr. Joel Anthis' name in a response. Whatever you do, DO NOT go to Dr. Joel Anthis. He is responsible for a major misdiagnosis for my child which almost cost my child's life. He did not even look at the radiology report from my child's CT scan, and reached a hasty decision that influenced each doctor my child saw, until a great ER doctor from another state finally figured out what was going on. Joel Anthis only sees what he wants to see and thinks inside of a very, very small box. Joel Anthis is a horrible doctor.

I have used Houston ENT group. They have offices in Katy @ Fry Rd that I have used as well as an office in Memorial City prof. building by the hospital.
I have used 2 seperate drs. there for my 2 kids. I usedDr. Nichols @ the Memorial City office and Dr. Jakob in the Katy office.
I have no complaints regarding either of them.

We just used Dr. Anthis at Texas ENT right behind Willowbrook Methoditst. My 13 month old son needed ear tubes. We were very happy with him and his staff. He took time with the exams, answering all of our questions kindly. He is a father of four and a kind Christian man.

My daughters E.N.T. doctor is very good. Joel Anthis I have the Katy phone number, but I am sure he visits the other locations. (there is a North Cypress location quite a few others.

This might be further than you want to drive, but I have used Dr. Douglis Franklin, located in the Kroger shopping center at Kuykendahl and 2920. He's great with both adults and children; I took my 5 year old recently with a possible hearing problem and he and the staff were so gentle with her. I'm thinking of taking my 11 year old because she's having chronic nosebleeds.

We just had our 1st experience with the group at the Northwest Freeway location. We were very pleased with the thoroughness, assessment and visit.

We use Dr. Albright with TX Children's Pediatric. His office is located at 1960/Fallbrook by Cy-Fair Hospital. He is wonderful!
