I am just wondering if anyone knows of a good dermatologist in the Farmington area, I would prefer a female but if he is a great doc, a male will do:) I just need to have some moles checked that have appeared since the birth of my son....seems strange to me???

I don't have a doctor to suggest, but I do know that it's very common to get moles or have moles change during pregnancy. It's best to get them checked out though.
I highly recommend Dr. Michael Cohen from Great Lakes Dermatology. He is located in Novi on Haggerty Road just south of 13 mile. My daughter sees him on a somewhat regular basis. I've had a mole removed also from him. He is very nice and your appointments are always on time.

I too had lots of moles and skins tabs after having my daughters [triplets]. I have seen Dr. Kerwin and Dr. Merkel and if you don't mind waiting an extra hour for them they are both good [she is better than him]. I however fell in love with D'Anne Kleinsmith, she is in the Beaumont Profrossional Building ###-###-####. She has a very gentle touch. Good Luck!!!
I highly recommend Dr. Emily Levin from Northwest Dermatology Group. They are on Northwestern Hwy near Inkster.
We go to a woman dermatologist, she is in West Bloomfield. There are 3 doctors in the practice, and I have seen all 3 of them......I liked the woman one best.
A couple years ago, I took my son to her to have some moles checked. He had a couple questionable ones, and she removed them no problem.
