Seeking Film Developer in Chicago or near Burbs

My sister is taking great shots of the kids with her SLR (film) camera. Does anyone use a photolab other than the drugstores and online services? It seems so hard to find these days. She already doesn't like Wolf/Ritz for some reason.

What can I do next?

I think Helix Camera in Chicago does film developing - if they don't I'm sure someone there can recommend a place that does. I would personally find a place like this (local photography store) to develop my film - I think they do a much better job than the mass-produced places do. I have a digital SLR now (we upgraded last year) and for my "good" photos I like www.myphotopipe.com (not that this helps your sister).

Helix has closed some locations, but they still have several (www.helixcamera.com). When I was taking a photography class, they did all my film developing, but that was a few years ago.
