I have had enough and have given the Attorney Generals Office 2 years to get it right and still nothing. I need help, a lawyer, something that can help me establish a support order with my daughter's father. The catch is that he lives out of state. if you live in mckinney, go to the collin county court house and talk to the receptionist pleading your cause. the person could probably direct you to a good lawyer. usually the person that knows all is the one that is in the front of an office.
many years ago, smu had a law department that administered legal advice. there might be someone in that organization that could be of your benefit.

Go to fathers for equal rights and be your own attorney. Yes woman can be members and get help. I am a lifetime member. My husband and I went through a 2 year custody and dealt with different attorneys over my oldest step son. Never got anywhere good. Finally went through FFER and represented ourselves (well my husband did) and that first time in court we got custody. We could have saved alot of time and money doing in ourselves to begin with!!
