I suggest you re-post this with your location in the title so it goes to and is seen by people in your geographic area - I think you will get more responses from those who know. Good luck.
I am looking for a pediatrician that will give a 2month old her first shots while Medicaid is pending..

Call the county health department
You might call the social worker at the hospital where you delivered. They might know! Congratulations on your new baby!
It's okay to delay vaccinations, to do an alternative schedule. You can wait for insurance, but I know in our state they do it for free if you don't have insurance. The state pays for the vaccines.
I would suggest visiting the local health department or calling the hospital where you gave birth to ask if there is a free clinic where your newborn can receive a well baby health visit and vaccines. Good luck
Go to your local health department. Even a ped who accepts Medicaid may not do Medicaid shots (our foster son's did not), so we used our local health department and then made an extra copy of the shot certificate for our ped.
When my daughter was on it. We had to wait for approval and then had to pick an "insurance" and had to find a Dr from there list and it went through like everything else just put it through like regular insurance
Call you city or county health department or a free clinic in your area.
Did you baby have a ped in the hospital? Call his/her office to see if she can be seen by the same doctor. If possible it's best to keep baby with the same doctor.
