Do you have any creative b-day party ideas for a 10 yr. old girl? We've been doing the park part/obstacle course for a couple of years and want to try something new.

What can I do next?

How about a nice place for kids to eat.....Chuck E Cheese, some place like that............Or do you have anything like Good Times? It's a place with games, go carts, and such...........

How about a bowling party....at ten they can throw light balls down the alley.....and it's fun...........

I'm sure you'll think of something cool. Take care.

not sure about budget or how many ppl ... but in B'game there's the pottery store, "All Fired Up", that could be fun for the girls... or there are DIY spa party kits you can buy online for tweens..? A backyard tea party? Or maybe a candy bar? In Belmont theres a "Kids Culinary Adventures" that have birthday party specials also!

Not sure what your budget is, but what about ice skating at the Ice Chalet in San Mateo/Foster City?

what do she and her friends like to do? my girls are 8YO and they and their friends like doing art/craft things so I found a bunch of craft projects online that use recycled materials (cereal boxes and the like) and set up a couple tables in the back yard with the craft supplies and they had a blast - they even decided that the wooden clothespins I had bought (a pack of 50 for something like $2 at Target) to hang their projects up to dry would be great things to decorate so they put the markers and glitter glue to the clothes pins to make cute memo holders. For 10YO's maybe something like painting or tie-dying t-shirts, decorating inexpensive flip-flops, or having a 'faux slumber party' where they eat popcorn and watch a movie in their jammies but the parents pick them up at around 8 or 9 pm.
