He turned our garage into an entertainment room complete with kitchen area, bathroom with shower, and full attic upstairs for storage with pulldown stairs. He was fast, responsive to our needs, very honest with his estimates with a contract upfront that he kept to. A very pleasant person to work with too, can't say enough about how lucky we were to find him.

Check out www.nicolaisenandsons.com. They have been in business for a long time, are reputable, and are really great at what they do. They have done recent projects in Torrance and other parts of LA. They also do work in OC and the Inland Empire.
