She's very thorough, and, unlike many housekeepers I've considered, will do laundry (very helpful with kids in the house!). She brings some of her own cleaning products, but will use whatever products you request or want to provide, so if all-natural is important to you, let her know. Her English is better than my Spanish, so we're able to communicate well enough.
