We're looking for a fairly inexpensive, active party idea that does not involve having it at our house!! Any ideas?!?!?!

What can I do next?

Hi K.,

I don't know how inexpensive this would be, but when I took my son to cookie cutters, I saw that they have like a beauty party package with hairdos, cake and stuff like that; I would think that if you only have a few little girls it may not be that expensive. You can call them and find out.
I don't have a daughter but I would think some girls may like that sort of activities.

Good luck!

My soon-to-be 6 yr. old daughter just LOVES to do creative activities and MICHAELS craft store does birthday parties. This isn't quite an "active" party idea, but it is a guided craft party and quite inexpensive. You get to choose the craft activity in a brochure provided in the store, and you supply the food...pizza, cake, goodies, etc. MICHEALS also offers a Saturday morning kids craft session for 5 yr +, drop-in from 10-12. You pay $2 and your child can do a guided activity while you shop or browse the store.

Happy Birthday to your daughters and Enjoy!

Chuck E. Cheese's is always a good idea. You don't even have to do it through them. Order as many pizzas as you need and bring your own cake. Enjoy!!

I suggest Pump it Up in Plain City, which is a private party that includes inflattable activities. It can be a little pricy but I think it is well worth it. It's around $250 for a 2 hour party and the kids can invite up to 25 kids. The other nice thing is that everyone from 2 to adult can take part in the fun. It's a very interactive party without all of the hassel and clean up of when you have it at home.

My son attended a party at Recreations Outlet in Dublin...You bring the food and drinks. It is basically a showroom of outdoor play areas. The kids can play with basically anything on display. I'm guessing it is a popular place for parties since when we went there in October, they had parties booked the whole day
