Seeking Bible Study

The Bible study I was going to recently disbanded. I am pretty hesitant to find a new one because there are so many churches out there that I don't know where to started. I was at this one for 6 1/2 years. So I am hoping that someone here can recommend one they go to, either an all women's study, or a couple's study. It can be protestant or catholic, and I am open to any denomination. Thanks.

What can I do next?

Hi E.!

We are currently pulling our small groups together at the church I attend (Denver Community Church, I-25 & Downing) and we'd love to have you join. I know they just started a mommy & me study this week.

Hi E.,
I'm sure the archdiocies of Denver could help you locate a church in your area and then you could contact the church for suggestions. I was raised Catholic and attend St.Mary's in Littleton, we love it! You could give them a call if it's a good location for you. It's located near Santa Fe and Mineral, 6853 S Prince Littleton, CO 80120 ###-###-####. Otherwise, in the past I have also attended TNL (The Next Level Church). It's a non-denominational church where the pastors are all in their 30's and the services are very relatable. http://tnl.org/ Hope this info helps. God bless.

I can't recommend a particular bible study, but have you thought about joining a MOPS group? I was in a group in Michigan for 2 years and loved it. I am just joining a group here that starts next week. Most groups meet twice a month. There is a fee, but there are usually scholarships available if that is a problem. The fees go towards speakers and childcare. The meetings are usually about 2 hours long. A typical meeting will have a speaker and/or craft, great food that people take turns bringing and a discussion within your smaller group. The children are in childcare and have their own activities and playtime. My group in Michigan also had several bible studies that took place separately. I encourage you to look into it. It is religious, but non-denominational. They are held at churches, but the members are definately not all from that particular church.
Check out www.mops.org for more information.
A lot of the groups around here are full and have waiting list I have discovered. If you are interested you can email me and I will share what I know about what groups have openings right now.

Good luck!
