Hello NB...this is the easiest plan you will ever hear about and this will help your hubby and even you if you'd like to get started.
First of all he needs to eat more. Yes more! BUT in smaller portions. Men normally need at least 2K calories a day and he is probably taking in more. So...break it up. He can eat carbs...just the good ones but make sure with every carb eat a protien and make each meal at least 300-350 calories each (For women 250-300)(Good carb examples are Whole wheat pastas, fruits, veggies). Eat about 5-6 times a day to keep the metabolism going througout the day and your body will begin to burn that energy/fat. Drink about 10-15 glasses of water or about 7-10 bottles of waters whichever is easier...and he can even have crystal lite...alot of flavors with No real sugar. Sugar in your foods and drinks is one of the biggest reasons why so many people are over weight...No sodas!
Ok...every 3-4 hrs...eat a meal and i guarantee without exercise he will shed at least 15-20. With exercise I can guarantee he will burn that body fat and weight off within at least 3 ms. If you want any more tips...email me.
