Hello all, I'm over 8 months pregnant and in desperate need (if you can call it that) of a little pampering. I'd love to get a manicure or pedicure but don't want all the harsh chemicals that are at typical salons. Does anyone know of a good alternative in the area? My hands and feet will thank you!
I believe Premier (the Old Sawmill Atheltic Club) does.... When I was pregnant with my daughter I was able to get a prenatal massage there. OMGosh... it was awesome and well worth it. I was also 8 mos pregnant when I got that done and believe they ahve other packages. Hope that helps!
A friend of mine owns Healthy Image ###-###-####) on Lazelle Road by Polaris Mall. It is just her and it never smells in her shop. I don't know if she does manicures and pedicures, but it's worth a try. She does do massages but not sure if they are maternity massages. I hope this helps.

A woman I used to go to for massage/reflexology sessions told me about her sister's business on High St. called The Nail Tub. I believe she told me it was an all natural nail salon, but I can't be positive. It might be worth looking into. It's located on North High St somewhere between Henderson Rd and Morse Rd. The phone number is ###-###-####, and the address is 4707 N High St. I've never been before, so I can't give you an opinion of the place, but I really loved the woman who did my massage sessions. If she and her sister are anything alike, then the Nail Tub would be a great place to get your nails done!
