Hi T.!
My son is also about to be 11 months. My how time flies! I work at a day care so I've had a bit of a routine to strive for since the begining. This is the schedule that we follow at work.
8:00 Breakfast
9:30/9:45ish mid-morning Snack
11:30 Lunch
2:30/3:00ish afternoon snack (with bottle until 1 year)
and we have dinner around 5:30/6:00
This works for us!
Most snacks at the day care include some sort of cracker (nila waffers, graham cracker, cheerios, goldfish, etc..) and a fruit (pineapple, pears, peaches, bananas, etc..)
My son isn't the biggest fan of all these, but it gives him the chance to try different things. I think that snacks are a great way to try new foods. There isn't the same kind of presure like some meal times are. If they aren't interested it's no big deal! Well I hope that this helps a little bit. Good luck with your soon to be 1 year old! And for the baby on the way! Congrats!
