i am a mother of 3 kids 13 11 and 8 i am 33 yrs old..my question is for the last couple months i have noticed that my stomache is getting larger and i notice that something moves every once in awhile..i still get my period but it is light and lasts for 3 days..i had a tubal 9 yrs ago after my daughter was born by c section so i ruled out pregnancy but has anyone ever gotten pregnant after a tubal and what can this be from if it's not pregnancy...
thanks to all you ladies for the wonderful advice..i have an apointment next week with my ob/gyn..i did take 2 pregnancy tests from dollar general one at night and one in the morning the first one was a dud it didn't show up anything in either window and the last one didn't show up anything for 4 hrs and when it did there was a very faint blue line in the result window but to make sure i am going to my doctor..

Take a pregnancy test immediately to rule that out for sure. Then I'd go to your doctor's office and have them check you out.

I would take a test right away. It will ease your worries. I am pretty sure there are mistakes with tubals. It could be a tiny possibility.
My sister as well as my boyfriends ex-wife, both got pregnant after a tubal so it is possible. I would see a doctor and get a pregnancy test.
S., How did the appointment go?
I just want to mention that if you are pregnant and you're far enough along that you are feeling movement, I wouldn't trust a pregnancy test if it's negative because your pregnancy hormone actually starts decreasing around the end of the first trimester. If you feel movement from pregnancy, you would probably be in the second trimester. I would immediately go to your ob/gyn. Today.
My sister-in-law had a tubal after her 3rd kiddo... 18 month after that she gave birth to baby #4.
Go see your Dr.
Call your GYN today.
First of all, if you suspect it, take a pregnancy test. Then go to the doctors whether the test is positive or negative. Only they can answer this question.
Are these light periods different from previous periods? Are they lighter? Shorter? My advice to you, like so many of the previous ladies, is to take a home pregnancy test if you suspect you may be pregnant. Regardless of the outcome, you should schedule an appointment immediately with a gynecologist you trust. Since your symptoms have presented in (or persisted for) the last few months, it may be something aside from a tubal pregnancy (as I understand -- they can be quite painful) that may be even more important to seek treatment earlier rather than later. The sensation of movement could be gas associated with some other diagnosis. I have not had a tubal ligation, but I speak from experience, when I say to ANY woman who is suspicious of what her reproductive organs are up to: DO NOT WAIT. Whenever you feel that something is amiss or off or different with your menstruation, your menstrual cycles, your abdomen (excessive bleeding, light bleeding, clots, spotting between periods, long menstruation, short breaks between menstrual periods, whatever causes you even the briefest moment of pause) -- see your doctor as soon as possible, demand an exam, and if your doctor does not accommodate you, find a new one. You must be your own best advocate, and most of the time, it would behoove you to act swiftly.
Why haven't you called your OB/GYN yet? Call right away.
I don't know. The possibility is always there. The Dollar Tree sells pregnancy tests so you could always get one and just see. They do work. Used them to test when I was pregnant with my son.
If you don't want to do that then call the GYN and talk with them. Good luck to you
Hi S. - I would take a pregnancy test. Even though you had a tubal they would only have taken the one tube so you certainly could get pregnant.
Dear S.:
