I have to concur with Liz R. That sleep book is the best of any I have ever read. I would really say it saved my sanity more than once. I'm a mom of 6, soon to be 7, and we have used Dr. Weissbluth's book many times over the last 5 years, ever since our pediatrician recommended in in our hour of desperation. Some of the advice seems to go against what you would expect, but it really works, and it starts with getting nap times under control, and then nighttime. I highly recommend it to anyone who is having sleep issues with their kids, because there is nothing worse than being sleep-deprived and then having to function the next day. And when the kids don't get enough sleep, they just don't handle things well. Good luck.
