M.M.
We just started the whole ortho treatment for our twin daughters. A little overwhelming. I had some education in the dental field so some of the info I understood and so I went from there. I opted to go to about 5 different offices and get their opinion. Most of the consultations were free of charge. Some gave similar advice and yet others were completely different. I did not inform the orthodontists that I was getting other opinions until after they gave their advice and then I asked questions about what the others had said. I then talked with our daughters and asked where they felt the most comfortable, but I still made the final decision. I chose an office that was a provider with our insurance and we received a greater discount. We have been doing this for about a month and a half. It is an experience that I am sure will be very beneficial. Also, you can always yelp orthodontist online which I believe is people giving their opinion about different offices and or orthodontists. Good Luck
