Hey Everyone..... In 2 weeks I will be coming to visit concord to start looknig at houses to move down there. I currently live in PA but my finances job is getting transferred down there. I was wondering if you girls can recommend a really nice neighborhood to live it? somewhere that is close to everything such as the foodstore, etc. I'm also wondering what is the best elementary school down there? I've looked all of them up but i'm just wondering from you! Thanks so much in advance.

What can I do next?

I live in Brandon Ridge (CP Morgan homes) and the neighborhood is totaly family frendly. Lots of kids, a little park too. In a nice up and coming area. Are you looking for resale? or new construction? About me I'm a 23 full time working mom to a 3 month old.

Hi,
How far in Concord do you want to be? Do you want to be close to Charlotte? Will you have to commute? There are a lot of nice communities depending on what your needs are.
Let me know maybe I can help.

Thanks

Hello J.,

I just moved to the area from CA because of my husbands job. I did some research on schools around here and Cabarrus County has the best schools. I really think that Odell Elementary is great and that is where my children will go. I also have a middle school child and she attends Harris Road Middle school in Moss Creek community. She enjoys it and I think it is a great school. Concord/Huntersville area is a great place to live!

Good Luck with your move!
