We live in Homewood, and my husband and I both love Dr. Cheryl Woodson in Chicago Heights at 316 Dixie Hwy, ###-###-####. She's around 50, very caring, very personable. Her office staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is very warm & inviting. She has always been interested in our total health and well being, as well as our family life and relationships. She always asks about the kids and wants to see recent pictures. She talks about her own experiences and family, too. I've found myself opening up to her almost as if it were a therapy session! I was just there last week for a general physical, one of her first morning appointments, and in typical Dr. Woodson fashion, she came out into the waiting room, said good morning to the couple of us waiting, thanked us for waiting, and said she'd be right with us. Never once have I felt like she was rushing through my appointment. While I've sometimes waited a bit, she's always been worth the wait. I feel like I'm her only patient. I've referred a few friends there and their experiences have been the same.
