Our work did a Secret Santa this year with a max budget of $15. What is a good go to gift for a 20 yr old girl that is not a gift card?

What can I do next?

Target has some fun holiday food items. One year I bought my boss a Christmassy jar with chili seasonings ... she loves chilli. Each year we buy my MIL the a multiple pack of different flavored coffee. They has assortments of teas, chocolates, cookie and brownie mixes. They usually have a couple if aisles dedicated to these fun items.

we're doing secret santa too,
so far i've gotten candle holders, a big 3 scent candle, cute notebook/pen set, i love the scarf/hat/glove idea, I bought mine a YUMMY sherpa throw today for $15 and to be cute/funny a $1 thing of chocolate-shaped coal, hee hee. And a calgon bath set thing and some red sparkly nail polish, just to be fun. I never know what to get either, but just a little lookin around and get stuff I'd like! Hey that's the best I can do! :)

Good Local honey and some tea.

Chocolate, you can never go wrong. Maybe with a cool container.

Does she take her lunch? Maybe an insulated lunch box.

World Market had beautiful Christmas Ornaments and accessories, of course their food section is always amazing,

warm gloves. Landsend has a pair with easy touch. So she does not have to take them off to man her smart phone.

You can give her some cosmetic item or scarf and gloves as well as you can give her some valuable and lovely things. You can take her for a outing also.

I just got something for a gift exchange, that everyone liked. It was a candle warmer, but it had a "cup" on top of the warmer, that you can put those scented wax squares in. So it kinda doubles as two things, and you can choose which one you want to use. I bought it at Gordman's for $13. They had quite a few nicely decorated ones to choose from. And I have seen them at Walmart and Target too.
