Buy a cute tupperware with different compartments and assemble your own "lunchables"!!!
It's only the third week of school and I'm already uninspired. We've done sandwhiches, Mac N Cheese, Ravioli, more sandwiches. I'm bored by lunch LOL Any ideas for kindergarten friendly lunches?

Hi R.~
When Im stumped for lunch ideas at home I always fall back on wraps. Since I always have tortillas on hand (dont know why??) I just grab whatever is in the fridge and roll it up in a tortilla. My son likes the fact that I stick toothpicks in it to hold it together...kids are so funny!!

We keep a package of the El torrito? burritos in our freezer. they are smaller for small appetites, but my daughter loves them and they end up being only like $.33 a piece. Also, a fun meal for a change is the frozen waffles, and we just keep apple sauce packets handy instead of syrup.

Go to www.kraftkitchens.com and they have a whole section just for lunches. It has alot of good ideas!!!
My very picky kindergartener loves a lunch packed with the following: Half a sandwich(in his case, gotta be peanut butter), a stick of string cheese, carrots and ranch dip, a piece of fruit, and a handi-snacks graham cracker stix with apple dip. It doesn't sound exciting. But, at this age, he's just excited to be carrying his lunch, like a big kid. Also, you might consider a school hot lunch, to change things up, from time to time.
