DISHWASHER. Throw anything plastic in there you can think of, lol! Including booster seats. It is amazing how much easier things seem when I use the appliance for cleaning instead of by hand :D

Good Morning S., try the Spray anywhere on everything cleaner. It's in a blue spray bottle and can be sprayed on anything to sanitize. Any type of surface.
Also you can wipe toys off with the Clorox disinfecting sheets.
For your play clothes, try dryel? it's a dry cleaning system, used in the drier. Put your cloths in a bag with one of the sheets and turn on the drier.
God Bless

I'm with Amy. Chuck it into the dishwasher and keep it simple! Look in the baby section of Walmart or Target- they make really neat baskets that you can put smaller loose items in for your dishwasher.
hello, i work at a preschool and i used to get sick all the time. But now i used a bleach water sparay ( one teaspoon to one quart of water) to sanitize every evening when the kiddos go home, and once a week, all of our non cloth toys go in the dishwater. you can get 4 draw string mesh bags for a dollar at the dollar store ( laundry section) and put small toys in there and when the wash cycle is done, shake them to help get the excess water out. just put them back in the bucket or basket and they are normally dry by morning. remember to sanitize pencils and crayons and markers also. kids are great helpers when washing blocks, if you have a water play area where they can wash toys, give them a sponge and s bit of soapy water, or a spray bottle with soapy water and they will have a great time. good luck!!
When I did child care, we were required to simply spray items with bleach water and let it dry on the item, much easier than soaking in the tub, and they dry faster.
The daycare that my son went to did a wipe down of the toys...they had a bleach water solution with an old washcloth and just wiped down all the toys...every once in a while if you can throw the legos in the tub that's great, but if it takes too long to dry then not worth it on daily basis...
Why can't the playclothes be washed? I've never heard of that? All of my kids play dress up stuff can be washed if even only on delicate...you can still do a warm wash with that and a delicate dry.
I work at a pre-school and bleach water is what we use. It is really the best way to sanitize. It is a pain at how long it takes those little pieces to dry completely!
Hey S.! I use non-toxic products on everything in my house. I order my cleaning supplies on-line from Melaleuca. Their products are all non-toxic, so you can spray the toys with the disinfectant spray or wipe them down with their wipes and you don't have to wait for anything because the products are safe. Bleach is a terrible product. I can't believe it's still legal for daycare centers to disinfect this way. Thank goodness I'm a work at home mommy so my kids aren't subjected to that. The lady that owns the pre-K class my daughter goes to uses Melaleuca products too, so no worries there either! Melaleuca has been around for 24 years. Way before it was "cool" to go green, LOL!
Anyway, that's my suggestion. Hope that helps! Let me know if I can answer any questions for you!

hi S.! i worked at a daycare while going college and we used to put anything that could go into the dishwasher...in the dishwasher. other things we would spray with a bleach/water mix or just washed them depending what it was. hope this helps!
I like Lysol disinfecting wipes, but I'm not into daycare, I just have a husband who gets sick with the littlest germ our daughter brings home. :-)
