Hello my sista, I'm assuming! There is a great salon in north richland hills call Aella Salon that's where I go! Google them and get the number
Can someone recommend a salon/stylist in or near the Keller area who can style African American hair?

Pics below of this ladies work:
I was on this search for a while. My daughter is biracial and I could not find a stylist that I loved. I went to black and white and could not find the one that really was good with her hair.
UNTIL I found Yomari. She owes Internation Salon of Rufe Snow in NRH/Watauga border. And she is awesome! My friend is Dominican and her husband is black. Well her and her daughter kept going to this lady and their hair looked great. Well I beated around the bush and just never went. Well one day I was driving and saw a sign to this place and well stopped in and it wound up being the same lady. Well that same week I spoke with 3 of my friends that are all African American and they go to her. Such a small world. So we went and she did wonders and no chemicals too! It was awesome.
Her name is Yomari here is her number: ###-###-#### (she just moved her in April so her number is a diff area code)
Ask for her the other lady does diff hair.
Here are the pics of my daughter:

Actually, JCPenny salon and ask for Clint! He's so great!!!
Hi T.! I've been looking too! I did go to the salon in JCPenney to a lady named Marie once and she was good. JCPenney's prices are a little steep though...the prices are based on the stylists experience. The lady I went to was at the highest level.
Also, there is a shop in Watauga in the shopping center w/ the post office on the corner of Rufe Snow and Western Center with African American stylists. I've only been in to get information though but I've gotten good referrals for there but haven't been as of yet.
I hope this helps.
I recommend the Legacy Salon and Spa in Keller on 1709. Ask for either Cynthia or Frankie ###-###-####. They are both GREAT!
