My daughter was chosen to create a T-Shirt for her school’s running team. She beat the record for the fastest mile. She asked if I wanted to help come up with some catchy slogans but I am drawing a complete blank!!
Anyone have creative ideas? By the way it isn’t a contest at her school. She has already been chosen to do it.
She has already come up with some really good ones on her own but she wanted some outside ideas.

I used to see this on track shirts when I was in high school, and I LOVED it:
Every morning in Africa, a Gazelle wakes up. It knows it must run faster than the fastest lion or it will be killed. Every morning a Lion wakes up. It knows it must outrun the slowest Gazelle or it will starve to death. It doesn't matter whether you are a Lion or a Gazelle... when the sun comes up, you'd better be running.
How old is she?
'We bust ours to beat yours' is funny but not if she is super young.
If it is a girl's team only, maybe
'our mascara runs faster than yours'
or
'I run like a girl. Try to keep up.'
'pavement fears me.'
'run like you stole something'
'we've got the runs' makes me laugh haha.

My husband's HIGH SCHOOL x-country team had shirts that said, "will run for sex." He still has it and I am always amazed that very conservative town in Idaho let their students put that on a shirt--but obviously it was a successful t-shirt because 15 years later he still puts it on and goes for a run....
I was just informed that they weren't "official" shirts--they couldn't have the high school name on them, but they were the school colors and every person on the team had one and wore them on the same day during practice. They were allowed to wear them at school, but they couldn't wear them on the same day together at school...
What is the school's mascot? Colors, etc?

My son's varsity team had two t-shirts, "I look good from behind, don't I?" and "I just felt like running..." both on the back of the shirt. Love all the other ideas you're getting! And congrats to your daughter, it's such a great sport :)
